Stéphane Belmondo is one of the great figures of European jazz. A trumpeter and flugelhorn player with an exceptional gift for phrasing, he has built a remarkable career over the decades, marked by outstanding projects and countless collaborations. It would take a directory to list all the musicians he has shared the stage or studio with.
It is therefore a great pleasure — and a real honour — to welcome him to our little club for two exceptional evenings and three concerts.
Having known Toots Thielemans well, Stéphane Belmondo is especially delighted to perform at Toots Jazz Club, alongside a first-rate line-up brought together by drummer Armando Luongo.
