In the context of purchasing tickets online, certain personal data about you is collected directly by the event organizer (the data controller), whose contact information is available at the bottom of this page.

The personal data collected includes: your name, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address, gender, mobile phone number, any company affiliation, company contact details, payment and billing information, and your booking history. Processing this data is necessary for the performance of the contract, namely the purchase of tickets.

The organizer also considers it legitimate to send you information about other shows and events (newsletters), insofar as this aligns with their legitimate interests under the GDPR.

Specifically, to support loyalty programs, your data may be retained for an indefinite period, unless you exercise your right to be forgotten (see below).

To protect your personal data, we have implemented measures that comply with the latest developments in IT security protocols.

In accordance with privacy protection laws, you have the following rights:
