The electronic ticket or voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled. It is personal, non-transferable, and reproduction is prohibited.

At entry checks for the event, a valid official photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national identity card) may be requested to verify the ticket buyer’s identity.

This coded ticket is only valid for the venue, session, date, and time specified above. In any other case, the ticket will not be valid. It is recommended to take your seat at least 15 minutes before the event starts.

Access to the venue is not guaranteed if you arrive less than 5 minutes before the start of the event, and no refunds will be issued.

The venue opens 30 minutes before the concert begins. This ticket grants you access to the indicated concert. The concert starts on time, and if you arrive late, your seat may be reassigned. You will still be allowed to attend the concert but without a guaranteed seat.

If the venue reaches full capacity, access will no longer be guaranteed 15 minutes after the concert has started.

For concerts starting at 7:30 PM, you will be asked to vacate your seat by 9:00 PM at the latest.
