Known to the wider public for the legendary Köln Concert and his trio with Gary Peacock and Jack DeJohnette, Keith Jarrett shaped jazz history through a unique sound, a singular approach to composition, and a masterful command of free improvisation.
This is the world explored today by Nicola Andrioli (piano) and Steven Delannoye (tenor sax), two key figures of the Belgian scene and long-time musical companions. For over ten years, they have built a deep duo dialogue rooted in trust, freedom and lyricism.
For this project, they expand into a quartet with bass and drums, opening new sonic spaces while keeping the duo’s intimate core. Inspired by My Song, Expectations and The Melody at Night, With You, their music blends free improvisation with song form, strong melodies, groove and collective interplay. Living music that breathes and unfolds in the moment.
