BRBC is delighted to welcome back funky soul band Gemma & The Travellers from Brittany. The band gives a nod to the early deep Soul, R&B, Northern Soul and Funk of the 60s but their unique songwriting gives a refreshing twist. Inspired by the likes of Dusty Springfield, Julie Driscoll, Etta James and Aretha Franklin, Gemma has a powerful and immediately recognisable voice with personality. BRBC houseband Midnight Mary will open the concert.
